Fruit of Deceit

Fruit of deceit

Thine apple of Judas

Feed me not your venom

Which taints my hope;

Flee from me, false memories

Of a joyous yore;

You wretched deceiver, false caregiver

Appealing to mine eyes

Your slander wounds those close

Oh father of craft;

Presently, your child is no more

Old like the sea

Bestowing your fallacy

Back unto your feet;

Can you feel it?

The pain you instilled

Or has numbness claimed you

Robbing all you feel
